Appreciative of this recognition, Mr. Mukesh Tiwari, Chief Human Resource Officer, The Akshaya Patra Foundation, said, “It gives a profound sense of pride to be recognized as a ‘Great Place to Work’ consecutively for the seventh year. It is a testament to the fact that the Foundation has always stood by its people. Our People First policies introduced right from inception have led to creating a positive work environment which in turn has translated into a motivated & focused workforce, who are committed to achieving the goals of the foundation. We have crossed many milestones during our journey, and we have always recognized our people who strived to make it possible. And hence, we look forward to roll-out more such policies which will help us raise the bar in employee satisfaction.”
