Mumbai, May 22, 2023: Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited, one of India’s leading general insurance companies, has partnered with VSPAGY to offer personalized video interactivity to customers.
The partnership with VSPAGY aims to educate and engage customers and make them aware of the benefits provided by Tata AIG’s products. Tata AIG identified that many customers didn’t understand the benefits of health insurance, thereby leading to decreased renewals and higher customer attrition. The platform uses Tata AIG’s existing CRM, and enhances customer engagement with longer video duration session by generating hyper-personalized information in real-time.
Initiated as a pilot project, the campaign’s success led to continuous implementation for over a year. Personalized video interactivity streams are now automatically generated on a monthly basis and delivered to customers through Tata AIG’s distribution channels.
