VISION AND STRATEGIC PRIORITIES

“We intend to build Sattrix into one of the prominent players in the AI cybersecurity space — not only in the Indian market, but internationally. We do not wish to be a cybersecurity services company that has added artificial intelligence to its brochure. We intend to be a company whose platforms, products and delivery are built on artificial intelligence at the core,” said Mr. Sachhin Gajjaer, Chairman & Managing Director.

The Company outlined five priorities for the year ahead: (i) consistent and healthy consolidated profitability, quarter on quarter; (ii) establishing NewEvol, its unified cybersecurity platform, as a referenceable platform with customer logos across verticals; (iii) launch of 1See, its compliance intelligence platform, as a SaaS offering; (iv) development of NewEvol and 1See as AI-native applications; and (v) sustained investment in innovation and research and development in AI and cyber technologies.

“Of every additional rupee of revenue we earned this year, approximately 33 paise converted into EBITDA and approximately 25 paise into profit after tax. That is operating leverage, and it is the clearest evidence available that this business is scaling and not merely growing,” said Mrs. Ronak Gajjar, Whole-time Director & Chief Financial Officer. She added that the Company’s margin expansion allows the AI-native product roadmap and R&D investment to be funded substantially from internal accruals, without dependence on external capital.

BUSINESS TRANSACTED AT THE AGM

Members considered the adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026; the re-appointment of Mr. Mayur Durgasing Rathod as Non-Executive Director retiring by rotation; the re-appointment of Mr. Sachhin Gajjaer as Managing Director for three years from 28 May 2026 and approval of his remuneration; the re-appointment of Mrs. Ronak Sachin Gajjar as Whole-time Director for three years from 23 September 2026; variation in the objects of the Initial Public Offering and utilisation of unutilised IPO proceeds towards acquisition of fixed assets including new office premises; and approval of the Revised Sattrix ESOP Scheme 2026.
