Pune, Apr 21 (BNP): POWERCON Group, a global leader in renewable energy solutions, has announced the appointment of Deepika Chavan as its Chief People Officer (CPO), reinforcing its focus on building a strong organizational foundation as it enters its next phase of growth.

With nearly two decades of experience across IT, renewables, FMCG, and EPC sectors, Deepika returns to POWERCON for her second stint, bringing deep familiarity with the company’s operations and evolving business priorities. Her expertise spans talent strategy, organizational design, performance management, and learning & development across diverse industries.
Deepika has previously held key roles at organizations including Monster India, VATECH WABAG, POWERCON, Sula Vineyards, ITCube Solutions, and Tekdi Technologies.
In her new role, she will work closely with the leadership team to align people strategy with business objectives, with a strong emphasis on strengthening leadership capabilities, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and driving consistency in HR practices across the Group.
She will also lead the development of structured talent pipelines across POWERCON’s group companies, including CORE®, CFEE®, DataMann®, DroneMaster®, HT Infra®, PowerSun®, and PowerWind, leveraging her experience in capacity building and industry-academia partnerships to create a robust pool of deployment-ready talent.
