Vijayawada, July 09: Novotel Vijayawada Varun will bring the rich culinary heritage of Kashmir to Food Exchange with a oneday Kashmiri Food Festival Brunch on Sunday, 12 July. As the fifth edition of its Lost Cuisine – Culinary Journey series, the brunch will celebrate the authentic flavours of the Kashmir Valley through a thoughtfully curated menu of traditional delicacies.

Known for its aromatic spices, slow-cooked preparations, and centuries-old culinary traditions, Kashmiri cuisine offers a rich expression of the region’s culture. The brunch will bring this heritage to the table through signature dishes including Nadru Yakhni, Kashmiri Rajma Dal, Maaz Shah Jeera Kebab, Kashmiri Mutton Rogan Josh, Kesar Phirni, and Shufta, prepared with time-honoured recipes and authentic ingredients.
