MediRoutes Wins Best of Show at NEMTAC Transform 2026
PHOENIX, Ariz. (September 11, 2026) – MediRoutes has won Best of Show at NEMTAC Transform 2026, the annual conference hosted by the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Accreditation Commission (NEMTAC). Best of Show is the top recognition awarded in the conference’s Exhibit Hall, where exhibitors showcase the technologies, services, vehicles, and solutions that support the future of non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT).
NEMTAC Transform is described by the organization as its largest annual event, bringing together NEMT providers, brokers, payers, regulators, technology companies and industry experts. MediRoutes, which provides routing, scheduling, dispatch, and billing software for NEMT operators, participated as an exhibitor this year and met with attendees to help them through everyday problems.
“MediRoutes earned this year’s top Exhibit Hall recognition by creating a standout presence and contributing to the experience that made the NEMTAC Transform 2026 Exhibit Hall such an important part of the conference,” said Peter Hicks, Executive Director at NEMTAC.
This award comes as NEMT operators are dealing with new industry challenges, such as tighter broker requirements, climbing trip volumes and smaller margins. Visitors to the MediRoutes booth could talk with experts about the challenges they face in their work, and even take a moment away from the loud conference floor in the MediRoutes conversation nook.
“We refreshed everything for this show, new signs, new materials, a booth that finally looked like who we are now,” said Katie Allen, Director of Marketing and Growth at MediRoutes, who led the team at the conference. “But what people remember is that we stopped to talk with them instead of handing over a flyer, and I think that’s what the judges noticed.”
MediRoutes also previewed the latest software development that they plan to unveil to new customers in the coming weeks.
