Mumbai, July 5th, 2021: Inorbit Malls Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s pioneers in mall culture, is among the top 50 best mid-sized companies to work for in the country this year, according to the annual survey conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute. The firm was awarded the 41st rank out of over 10,000 participating organizations from 60 countries that were judged on the basis of anonymous employee feedback and the quality of people practices deployed at each organization. Inorbit Malls, one of only three retail companies to make it to the top 50 this year, has moved up two places from the 43rd position it was awarded last year in the same category.
As part of the annual research conducted by the institute in India, organizations with an employee strength of 100 to 500 were assessed based on two factors— the quality of employee experience through its globally validated survey instrument known as Trust Index© and the quality of people practices of an organization, covering the entire employee life-cycle evaluated under Culture Audit©.
