Mumbai, Aug 06: Bikaji Foods International Limited, one of the India’s leading ethnic snacks and packaged foods companies, today announced its Unaudited standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026. Despite elevated input costs driven by global inflationary and supply chain pressures, the Company delivered robust operational and financial performance, supported by sustained momentum across its core categories, continued distribution expansion, strong growth in its premium portfolio and increasing traction across emerging sales channels.
Q1FY27 Financial Performance Summary:
- Revenue from operations grew by 12.5 % YoY to INR 7,343 mn, supported by healthy volume growth and deeper market penetration
- Volume growth stood at 7.7 % YoY
- EBITDA stood at INR 990 mn with EBITDA margin of 13.5 %
- Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at INR 595 mn with PAT margin of 8.1%
- Earnings per share (EPS) stood at INR 2.40
Q1FY27 Business Segments Review:
- Ethnic Snacks: Revenue grew by 11.4 % YoY; contributed approximately 75.7 % of overall revenue
- Packaged Sweets: Revenue grew by 4.4 % YoY
- Western Snacks: Revenue grew by 21.3 % YoY
- Papad: Revenue de-grew by 6.5 % YoY

“We delivered a strong first quarter of FY27, with consolidated revenue growing 12.5 % year-on-year, led by robust volume growth of 7.7 % across our portfolio. Our Ethnic Snacks and Western Snacks categories were the standout performers reflecting the continued strength of our brand, the reach of our expanding distribution network, and sustained consumer demand for our products. Despite persistent inflation in key raw materials, we improved our gross margins by 70 bps YoY at 35.7%, a testament to the discipline of our procurement and manufacturing teams and the pricing and mix actions we have taken. We remain sharply focused on operational efficiency even as we continue to invest behind capacity, distribution, and new product development.
