Goa Explores New Horizons: Unveils Creative Capital Vision at Bengaluru Tech Summit 2025
Goa Showcases its Vision as India’s Creative Capital at the 28th Edition of Bengaluru Tech Summit 2025
Bengaluru, Nov 19th: The 28th Edition of the Bengaluru Tech Summit opened today at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), bringing together innovators, entrepreneurs, investors, researchers, and technology leaders for three days of discussions, showcases, and collaborations.

This year, the Department of Information Technology, Electronics and Communications, Government of Goa, has set up a dedicated state pavilion in Hall 3, Stall HS5a. The pavilion, themed “Goa – India’s Creative Capital,” highlights the State’s expanding footprint in digital innovation, design, manufacturing, and entrepreneurship. It features the Startup & IT Promotion Cell (SITPC), showcasing how Goa is shaping a unique technology ecosystem supported by robust digital connectivity, evolving industrial and IT infrastructure, flexible governance processes, and a work–life environment that attracts both talent and emerging enterprises.
The pavilion presents several flagship initiatives, including the Goa AI Mission 2027, the Electronic Manufacturing Cluster in Tuem, and the upgraded Goa Broadband Network integrated with BharatNet, along with other upcoming projects. Under the Startup Policy 2025, the State—through SITPC—is currently supporting 716 startups with targeted schemes that promote ideation, scaling, and access to market opportunities.
A notable highlight this year is the presence of two Goa-based startups showcasing their innovation at the summit. Spintly, renowned for its IoT-enabled smart access solutions powered by BLE-Mesh technology, is demonstrating scalable, wireless, and secure access systems for modern buildings. Genora, with its flagship platform VoxIntel, is presenting a data-driven political campaign intelligence solution designed to enhance outreach and analytical capabilities.
For Goa, the Bengaluru Tech Summit serves as more than a showcase—it is a gateway to new partnerships, global visibility, investment interest, and collaboration with leading technology companies. The platform also enables Goa’s startups to engage directly with industry leaders and potential clients.
As the summit continues until November 20, the Goa Pavilion invites visitors, investors, and technology stakeholders to explore the State’s emerging opportunities and interact with its innovative startups.
