Envision Energy India secures 501.6 MW order from Evren
October 13, 2025: Envision Energy India announces that it has signed an agreement with Evren, for the supply of ~152 WTG of EN 156/3.3MW Turbine Platform. Evren will deploy these 3.3 MW high-performance Smart Wind Turbines in Andhra Pradesh. Evren, backed by Brookfield Global Transition Fund (BGTF), is rapidly expanding its renewable energy projects in India. The company aims to develop over 10 GW of renewable energy assets across solar, wind, and battery storage across India in key states like Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh.
Envision’s Smart Wind Turbines have a 156-metre rotor diameter and a 140-metre hub height, an ideal configuration for wind site conditions in India. This 3.3 MW turbine platform has proven performance in booming markets of the MENA region, Southeast Asia, and China, besides 2.5 GW now operational in India. The EN 156/3.3 MW smart wind turbine offers an enhanced Annual Energy Output (AEP), delivering the lowest Levelized Cost of Energy (LCoE).
