Prominent personalities such as Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari, Union Science Minister Kiren Rijiju, and former Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal are among those facing scrutiny from the electorate. Their electoral fortunes, along with those of their counterparts, will be decided by the discerning voters participating in this monumental exercise.

Notably, former Governor Tamilsai Sundararajan stands as a high-profile candidate in this electoral fray, vying for victory in South Chennai.
