Nashville, TN, San Diego, CA – February 23, 2024MDsave, the healthcare services platform connecting providers, employers, and patients to transparent and transactable healthcare, announces today its partnership with San Diego-based Present Moments Recovery, a premier, multi-level, long-term addiction treatment center. Present Moments Recovery now offers extended care services on MDsave’s database of procedures to increase self-paying patients’ access to affordable care.

This is the first instance where MDsave has collaborated with a recovery center, expanding access to attainable rehabilitative services to the greater San Diego community. “Enriching our range of services is vital to ensure our community has access to a comprehensive spectrum of healthcare options, all provided at equitable and transparent prices,” stated Dani Snow, Account Manager at MDsave. “Our aspiration is that even if just a single individual chooses MDsave when they might have otherwise foregone necessary care, we are contributing to meaningful change.”

“Present Moments Recovery is dedicated to offering high-quality, affordable and evidence-based treatment that empowers life in recovery,” said Mark Gladden, CEO of Present Moments Recovery. “With a whole-health approach, recovery is achievable and realistic for all those affected by mental health and substance use conditions. This partnership with MDSave will introduce a revolutionary payment system that will facilitate access to substance use disorder treatment and housing in a transparent and ethical manner.”

Through this partnership, both firms aim to provide the community access to approachable, accommodating resources that can oftentimes feel intimidating to obtain.
