ITM Skills University Hosts Dynamic BBA Conclave to Empower Future Business Leaders
Navi Mumbai, May, 2025 – The BBA Conclave, Shaping Business Minds was held on April 17, 2025, at the Mini Auditorium, Kharghar campus. “The event marked the launch of ITM University‘s Industry Connect Series on March 15, 2025, a widely acclaimed program aimed at fostering collaboration between industry professionals and academicians.” The meeting convened not only young entrepreneurs but also Influential professionals who imparted to the students more than just academic knowledge; they provided career real-life stories, those that affected the practitioners, and real-world lessons that the learners deeply connected with.
Students had the chance to go deep into the topics of digital transformation and the modern banking sector during the conclave by asking questions and interacting with Mr. Ramakant Raju, who is a MICA alumnus, with expertise in Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, pointed out that in the present job market, data, branding, and entrepreneurial attitudes are the most important. With the financial innovation revolution in progress, Mr. Siddhartha Kalhansa, the Vice President of Axis Bank, also shared the aliveness of the strategic customer-centric thinking to the attendees in the same breath.
In association with the Rotaract Club, the conclave also saw the moving presence of the inspiring figures like Mr. Kapil Mandhare, one of the country’s marathon record-breakers and known for his motivational speeches, who stood out among the crowd as he narrated his story of bouncing back and making a difference in society. Mr. Ameya Pradhan, who is an executive director and Action Coach with a history of work in various multinational corporations (MNCs), gave an excite-your-essence talk to students about the importance of having a long-term vision in their career journey and making themselves good leaders first. Mr. Pratham Thakkar, the person who was the draw to many students during the meet for his real talk and quick guidance, in his conversation with the younger generation, championed the cause of having a business-person’s mindset.
The session concluded with an open-floor Q&A that allowed students to ask bold questions and gain firsthand insights into the evolving business ecosystem.
