With eight new additions, MyBranch now boasts over 50 co-working centers across India

With expansion to eight new locations, MyBranch has now attained a remarkable feat of setting up and running shared offices in over 50 locations in tier I, II and III cities across India. A major office space solution provider, MyBranch’s goal is to provide sustainable office space solutions and cater to the specific needs of its clients. The company’s unique selling proposition is its ability to provide office spaces of various sizes and varied facilities.

From co-working spaces as small as 700 sq ft with just few seats to as big as 10000 sq ft, MyBranch believes in never disappointing its clients, even if they just require a couple of seats at remote locations like Bareja, Ankleshwar and Balasionor, where the company has established offices with only a capacity of around 10 seats.

With its newly added centers in Ahmedabad, Deharadun, Agartala, Jalgaon, Panaji, Chandigarh, Itanagar and Dharamshala, the company has added close to 367 seats in eight co-working centres spread across approximately 23000sq ft.

Even though co-working culture existed since long, it gained momentum post the second wave of Covid-19, following which the demand escalated in various tier II and III cities. MyBranch, abiding by its vow of growing with the clients soon expanded to different small cities of Gujarat, Maharashtra, North East India and South India. In Pune alone, the company has over 10000 sq ft of space totally dedicated to co-working. Moreover, it plans to add another 18000 sq ft area and 400 seats to suffice the rising demand.

Along with space, the company provides robust IT infrastructural support, business grade internet access, on demand meeting, training and conference rooms, CCTV surveillance and cafeterias. It also allows the clients to display banners and branding visuals in their designated spaces for promotional purposes. In most cities, parking facility is also available with MyBranch’s co-working centres.

Despite the pandemic-borne challenges, the company continued its expansion spree. Kushal Bhargava, the co-founder of MyBranch says, “Our target is to expand to 100 locations across India by the end of 2022 and we believe to achieve it. Since the beginning of MyBranch’s journey our sole motive was to penetrate to locations where co-working hasn’t reached yet. We have opened up shared centres at places where, no other office space provider has ventured yet because we want to grow with our clients and provide the sustainable solution along with fulfilling their business requirements.”

Co-working culture in India is growing extensively and new centres are coming up in smaller towns and cities, the Industry is expected to grow by another 50 million square feet by the end of 2023. .
