Showroom B2B Launches Noida Unit to Strengthen Apparel Supply Chain

Jungle Ventures backed Showroom B2B opens new Noida manufacturing unit to strengthen domestic & global apparel supply chain

New Delhi, 1st August 2025: Showroom B2B, India’s fastest-growing B2B platform for value fashion retailers, has launched a new manufacturing hub in Noida to expand its in-house production of denim, kurtis, and core fashion lines. Designed to serve both domestic and international markets, the facility marks a major milestone in the company’s journey to streamline sourcing, control quality, and support retail growth through vertically integrated operations.

Commercial operations at the unit began on June 2, 2025, with a phased ramp-up planned through the month. The facility has a monthly production capacity of 150,000 garments, contributing to Showroom B2B’s total manufacturing capacity of 400,000 pieces per month.

“We’re building for scale, precision, and predictability,” said Abhishek Dua, co-founder and CEO at Showroom B2B. “This facility isn’t just about increasing output, it’s about creating a responsive, digitally connected supply chain that reflects where value fashion is headed, both in India and globally.”

Looking ahead, Showroom B2B has outlined an ambitious five-year plan aimed at scaling responsibly while keeping a close pulse on market needs. “We will be doubling our topline revenue every single year of operation for the next five years with a revenue goal of ₹2,500 crores,” said Dua. “The industry is becoming more fast fashion-oriented, and we’re aligning our sourcing strategy by making it more agile and responsive”

The new manufacturing unit is expected to generate an additional $8 million in annual revenue, reflecting rising demand from both Indian retail partners and international clients. While the initial export focus will be on core styles, the facility is built with the flexibility to scale exports in line with global partnerships. Currently, Showroom B2B serves large value chains such as Vishal Mega Mart, and Reliance Retail, and has initiated pilot exports to USA, Middle East and Europe with plans to expand further in the next 12 months.

The Noida unit will generate employment for over 300 people directly and indirectly, with a targeted effort to ensure that 50% of production roles are filled by women, reinforcing Showroom B2B’s commitment to inclusive growth.

“This facility is a tech-forward response to what fashion retailers increasingly expect i.e. speed, transparency, and supply chain reliability,” added Abhishek. “We expect to achieve ROI on this facility within 12 months, driven by faster order turnaround, improved margins, and rising export demand.”

Rather than expanding volume for its growth, the company is focused on scaling in step with market signals, adjusting capacity and style offerings based on real-time feedback from its vast retail network.

While the unit will serve Showroom B2B’s expanding domestic retailer base, it is also future-ready for international markets, particularly clients in the U.S., Middle East and Europe. Built to global standards, the facility will play a pivotal role in broadening the company’s presence in fashion-forward export destinations.
