Guests can look forward to favourites such as Charcoal Chicken Tikka, Saffroni Chicken Malai Kebab, Galouti Kebab, Kozhi Melagu Curry, iconic Pardha Mutton Biryani, and the Elaneer Paysam – the classic favorite, each dish celebrating India’s flavours through a modern, elevated lens.
