Reliance Jio funded KareXpert plans to digitally transform 100,000 hospitals globally
India: Laying out its ambitious vision for the next 5 years, KareXpert, the Jio-backed, SaaS-based digital healthcare platform providing an integrated solution for the entire healthcare industry, has announced the plans to digitally transform 100,000 hospitals by FY2026. The latest announcement aligns with KareXpert’s aim to deliver digital healthcare services in India’s top 100 cities and make quality healthcare accessible for everyone. The company has already signed-up Reliance Foundation Hospitals, Mahindra group Center for Sight Pan India Hospitals, and reputed 20+ large and medium hospitals, helping them improve patient care, optimize operations costs and increase revenues.
Funded by Reliance Jio in 2018, the Gurugram-based healthcare technology company is the brainchild of IIT Roorkee engineering graduate Nidhi Jain who has 25+ years of working experience in the USA and India. The company offers a full suite of AI-enabled, cloud-native technologies for hospitals with mobile/web applications for all stakeholders and patients. With 50+ fully integrated applications, KareXpert is also the first Asian company to offer a one stop solution to hospitals and revolutionize healthcare delivery. Its extensive offerings include Advanced HIMS, EMR/EHR, LIMS, RIS/PACS, Pharmacy, Connected Ambulance, e-Claim & Insurance, Inventory & SCM, Queue Management, MIS Reports, Business Intelligence, and hospital branded mobile apps.
Data and operational silos have always been a pain point for Indian healthcare organizations, creating a disjointed healthcare experience and hindering the adoption of new technologies in the industry. With its AI-ready healthcare data lake, KareXpert is targeting this challenge by facilitating better ease of access and sharing of information among providers, payers and patients. From data storing and workflow management to diagnostics and billing, by bringing everything into one platform, KareXpert’s integrated approach is further enabling hospitals to streamline patient data flow across geographies and devices, lower costs and achieve a higher degree of collaboration between all stakeholders in the healthcare system.
Sharing her insights, Nidhi Jain, Founder and CEO of KareXpert, said, “Breaking down silos within the healthcare IT ecosystem is an important step to delivering improved service and patient care. The siloed nature of this industry is due to the lack of a single platform that can ensure hyper co-ordinated workflow, hyper-collaboration within operations, and patient engagement at every step. KareXpert is addressing this need-gap with its single platform-based approach by offering pre-integrated solutions to its customers. We have emerged as the true partner for hospitals using our SaaS-based approaches, making it most affordable even for small and medium hospitals. With innovation at the core, we bring fully-managed services so the hospitals can have complete peace of mind.”
