Dnyaan Prasad Global University, Pune Hosts Career Expo 2026 for Students
Pune, Sep 09: Dnyaan Prasad Global University, by Dr. D. Y. Patil Group, Pune, along with Dr. D.Y Patil Institute of Technology successfully hosted its much-awaited “Career Expo” at the Pimpri, Pune campus. The event, which began at 8:00 AM, brought together more than 20 leading recruiters under one roof, giving students a single platform to explore career opportunities across a wide range of fields, including Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Law, Education, Nursing, Arts, Commerce and Science.
The day started with a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony, where senior members of Dnyaan Prasad Global University and Dr. D.Y Patil Institute of Technology, along with faculty, staff and dignitaries, marked the official inauguration of the expo. The event saw a huge turnout; students had the chance to connect directly with industry representatives, learn about openings, and get a real sense of what employers are looking for today.
Participation at the expo was through registration only, and the response from students across various streams was overwhelming. The buzz on campus reflected the growing importance of such platforms in helping young graduates make informed career choices right at the start of their professional journey.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Somnath P. Patil, Pro-Chancellor, Dnyaan Prasad Global University (DPGU), by Dr. D. Y. Patil Group, Pune, said:

The Career Expo is a small but important step in that direction. Adding to this, Dr. Rohini S. Patil, Chief Operating Officer, Dnyaan Prasad Global University (DPGU), by Dr. D. Y. Patil Group, Pune, said:

Faculty members and placement coordinators worked closely with the visiting companies to ensure smooth coordination throughout the day, from registration to interviews and interactions at the individual stalls.
