Catering Collective Strengthens Corporate Portfolio with New National Sales Director, Shikha Kulkarni

Catering Collective has appointed Shikha Kulkarni as the Director – National Sales (Corporates & Events), reinforcing the K Hospitality owned company’s leadership as it expands its footprint across India’s dynamic corporate services and institutional events landscape.

With corporate gatherings, large-format events, and workplace dining evolving at an unprecedented pace, Shikha’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment. She will lead national sales across the group’s corporate-facing verticals, including corporate catering, corporate events, food court management, stadium and concert catering, institutional dining, and workplace food solutions delivered through the company’s Life Co. Her mandate also includes driving corporate business for Catering Collective’s flagship event venues such as Blue Sea, Araya Bagh, Palace Halls and other national venues.

Bringing over 20 years of hospitality, MICE and B2B sales experience, Shikha has built a strong foundation in leading high-performing teams, managing large-scale operations, and delivering value-driven corporate event experiences. Her expertise spans budgeting, sales operations, multi-site management, strategic partnerships, and client relationship management. With a Master’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Vatel, France, she adds a global perspective to business planning, service excellence, and customer engagement.

At Catering Collective, she will be responsible for building a cohesive national sales strategy, strengthening collaboration across verticals, and elevating the client journey across every corporate touchpoint, from workplace dining and institutional catering to premium corporate events and destination experiences.
