CarDekho Group backed Carrum raises Series A Funding from Uber
Gurugram, Jan 15: Carrum, a fleet management company, has today announced Series A fundraise from Uber, to support the expansion of its clean mobility fleet across India. Founded in 2024 with a mission to drive decarbonization and enhance the livelihood of thousands of drivers. Carrum currently operates a fleet of over 3,000 vehicles across several Tier 1 cities in the country. The CarDekho Group backed company plans to use this funding to expand their fleet, and scale business operations.
Carrum’s focus on decarbonization and solving mobility needs is deeply relevant in the current policy environment, where the government is accelerating India’s shift toward cleaner energy options. Till date, Carrum has saved 6,000+ tonnes of carbon emissions via its CNG-first fleet.

Carrum currently operates with Uber in 5 cities i.e. Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Delhi. As part of this partnership, Carrum plans to expand its presence to cover all major urban centres.
