AU Small Finance Bank onboards Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna as Brand Ambassadors

Hyderabad, Dec 1 : AU Small Finance Bank India’s largest Small Finance Bank and the first to receive in-principle approval from the Reserve Bank of India to transition into a Universal Bank, has announced the appointment of Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna as its brand ambassadors. The partnership strengthens AU SFB’s effort to build a preferred national banking brand with strong consideration across urban, metro, and deeper Bharat markets.

Ranbir Kapoor’s versatility and widespread popularity make him an influential voice among audiences in India, especially urban professionals who value trust and credibility. Rashmika Mandanna brings strong resonance across younger audiences nationwide, including southern India, through her relatability and contemporary appeal. Together, they offer a balanced mix of aspiration, authenticity, and regional relevance that aligns with AU SFB’s ambition to connect with diverse customer groups across the country.

The collaboration supports AU SFB’s focus on driving stronger preference for its core product strengths in Savings Accounts and Current Accounts. As a well-established liabilities franchise with an exceptional customer service philosophy, the bank aims to deepen consideration through high visibility storytelling and relatable personalities who mirror the preferences of today’s banking customers.

AU SFB will launch an integrated 360-degree media campaign featuring both ambassadors across television, digital platforms, social media, and print. The campaign will highlight customer experience, product differentiation, and the bank’s expanding presence across India.
