Apparel Manufacturers of India (AMI) successfully wraps ADVAIT 6.0, sees nearly 3000 visitors across 3 days

Mumbai/Chennai, 29th July, 2025: Apparel Manufacturer of India (AMI), one of India’s prominent and renowned apparel groups of manufacturers and traders, has successfully wrapped yet another edition of ADVAIT in Chennai. ADVAIT 6.0, which took place at RK Convention Centre, saw nearly 3000 visitors across 3 days come and visit the stalls.

ADVAIT 6.0 saw unprecedented responses and overwhelming bookings from retailers and traders this year. While majority of bookings came from India, there were retailers present from neighbouring countries like Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore and Mauritius, who also booked bulk orders.

The event was graced by the presence of Padma Bhushan Awardee Mr. Nalli Kuppuswami Chetti – Partner of Nalli Chinnaswamy Chetti, who is a strong supporter of Indian artisans’ skill and heritage.

The launch was done grandly in the presence of key dignitaries like Mr. Phanith Kasam from Kasam Group, Mr. Slevakumar from Anantham Group, Mr. L Raveendran from S. Nallaperumal and Sons, Mr. Rajasegaran of Maharaja Textiles Malaysia, Mr. Sanjeev Poteah from Mr. Sans Mauritius, Mr. Dharmesh Nandu, Founder of Apparel Manufacturers of India (AMI) and the entire team of AMI.

Speaking on yet another successful edition of ADVAIT, Dharmesh Nandu, Founder of Apparel Manufacturer of India (AMI), said, “We are extremely glad and satisfied with the outcome of ADVAIT 6.0. As we grow every year, our aim and intent continue to remain same, of building a community for evolution and growth. ADVAIT started in 2018 in Hyderabad and today has wrapped 6 editions. AMI continues to work towards bridging the gap between manufacturers, retailers, agents, and suppliers and build a robust community for evolution and growth opportunities. They work in sync to add meaning to the entire value chain of the readymade apparel market across India.
