Andrea’s launches its New Menu, bringing Global Flavours to the Table

Andrea’s new menu is here, and it brings something the season demands: warmth that goes beyond temperature. Inspired by nostalgia, experience, and travel, this collection is built from personal moments, childhood meals, and food discovered across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. The philosophy stays consistent: honest flavours, soulful cooking, and global cuisine rooted in authenticity. But the weather calls for something more — deeper broths, slow cooking, and familiar flavours that settle in and stay. This menu delivers exactly that, with dishes worth the trip to your favourite Andrea’s.

The menu launches at Andrea’s Khan Market, Vasant Kunj, and Saket locations, giving guests early access to these offerings before a broader rollout. This phased approach allows the team to maintain the consistency and quality Andrea’s is known for.

The collection features Lamb Tortellini in Brodo — a traditional soup Mr. Andrea grew up eating, with a rich broth and delicate lamb-filled pasta. Colonial-style Lamb Cutlets pay homage to Indian–British culinary heritage, while Nasi Goreng recalls Founder Andrea Pauro’s childhood meals in Bali. Thai Garlic Pepper Chicken and Tom Yum Kung finished with coconut milk bring Southeast Asian warmth to the table. Rice Paper Rolls, inspired by what Mr. Andrea tasted at Le Dalat in Bangkok, return as a fresh, light starter.

The Sea Bass Aqua Pazza is a standout addition prepared with fresh, locally sourced sea bass. This classic Italian coastal dish is lightly seasoned, pan-seared, and gently simmered in a fragrant broth of garlic, organic tomatoes, crushed chilli, white wine, and warm stock. Finished with fresh parsley and a drizzle of olive oil, it delivers bright, satisfying, seasonal flavour.

Seasonal produce, warming spices, slow-cooked proteins, and fresh herbs form the backbone of the menu. The offerings include lighter preparations, vegetarian choices, and thoughtfully portioned dishes for those seeking balance, with room for adjustments based on individual preferences and dietary requirements — all while keeping flavour front and center.

Developed under the direct guidance of Founder Andrea Pauro and Andrea’s culinary leadership team, the creative vision was straightforward: turn recollections, travel stories, and emotional food experiences into plates that feel both reassuring and exciting. The focus remained on getting the flavours right and staying true to what made them meaningful in the first place.

At Andrea’s, every dish has a history. Over the years, recipes have been tested, adjusted, and improved based on what guests respond to and how dining preferences shift with the seasons.

The new menu pairs beautifully with curated cocktails and wines. Cocktails include Mexican Staple, Love Potion, Tamarind Sour, and Clear Tomato Gimlet. Wine selections feature Le Grand Pinot Noir, Alta Vista Chardonnay, Warwick The First Lady Pinotage, Espania Red, and Château de Terrefort-Quancard Bordeaux Supérieur— offering balanced pairings across seafood, slow-cooked meats, and hearty dishes.

Andrea’s new menu brings together stories, personal journeys, and soul-warming food on every plate. Each dish carries a connection to travel, family, and moments that shaped the kitchen at Andrea’s. Guests are invited to slow down, explore global flavours, and immerse themselves in the warmth that defines the restaurant’s ethos.
