All roads lead to Bengaluru as Round 2 of the Indian National TSD Rally Championship rolls in
Bengaluru, June 23, 2025: Following an exciting opener in Chikmagalur, the FMSCI Indian National Time Speed Distance Rally Championship (INTSDRC) 2025 now shifts gears to Bengaluru for its second round – The Rally of Bengaluru. Organised by the Vijayanagar Automotive Sports Association (VASA) under the aegis of FMSCI and Promoted by India Motor Sport led by B.G. Sudhindra, the Rally of Bengaluru held on June 21st and 22nd, here at Shakthi Hill Resorts, RR Nagar. Supported by JK Tyre Motorsport and Vamcy Merla Sports Foundation, this round promises a weekend of intense action, strategic navigation, and high-stakes competition for rallyists from across the country.
The Rally of Bengaluru will feature a full slate of competition classes, including INTSDRC-1 (Overall), INTSDRC-2, Pro Stock, Women’s, Couple (INTSDRC-C), and Corporate (INTSDRC-Corp) categories. Two special formats, the Star of Karnataka – VASA Pro Stock (open to Pro Stock competitors) and the VASA Open, will add further excitement, offering wider participation across experience levels.
With no cumulative scoring across rounds, each qualifier stands alone, raising the stakes for those aiming to secure a spot into the INTSDRC 2025 Championship Finals. Competitors are required to participate in at least two rounds to be eligible for the final, making Bengaluru a strategic stop in their championship journey.
Adding to the strength of the event are the rally’s medical and corporate partners. Nano Hospitals and TruScan Diagnostics have joined as Healthcare Partners to ensure comprehensive medical coverage for participants and crew. Leading names like Cafe Petriqor, OctanePits, and GIGABYTE INC. (Tech Partner) are backing the event.
This edition promises a unique blend of challenge and celebration. As one of the longest-running motorsport associations in the country, VASA’s 30-year milestone brings with it a deep sense of heritage and pride. Over the years, VASA has championed safe rallying practices, groomed talent at the grassroots, and contributed significantly to the motorsport ecosystem in South India.
With competitors ready to take on Bengaluru’s varied terrain and navigation challenges, Round 2 of INTSDRC 2025 promises to be a riveting affair. From precision timekeeping to split-second decision-making, all eyes will be on who seizes the moment in the Garden City and makes their mark on the leaderboard.
