Hyderabad, June 25th, 2022: The two-day, Times Property – East Hyderabad Property Expo 2022, was formally inaugurated by Chief Guest Sri Devireddy Sudhir Reddy, MLA, LB Nagar; at Saroornagar Indoor Stadium, LB Nagar; today. The largest residential property expo of its kind being hosted in the city, will be held on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th June 2022 and is open for visitors from 10 am to 7.30 pm on both the days.

There continues to be an upsurge in the demand for owning a property in Hyderabad city, while the property markets not just in India but world over are seeing a trend of slump. That’s a strong indicator of the vibrant and flourishing economy of Hyderabad and Telangana state, says Sri D. Sudhir Reddy. Real estate sector is expanding at a rapid speed in Hyderabad, in fact 51% of the country’s real estate sale is happening in Hyderabad and Mumbai alone. KTR’s look East policy is giving impetus to the real estate sector in the Eastern part of the city and enabling a 3600 growth of the Hyderabad city. This policy also reduces traffic congestion in the city and brings parity in the land values across the city. Eastern part of the city has seen good growth due to this policy, earlier the residential property rate was Rs 3000 to 4000 per sft., but now it is around Rs 6000 to 7000 per sft., which means customers see potential in this part of the city and consider it worth spending that much. Construction has many challenges, including cellar construction leading to disturbance in the neighbourhood due to blasting, pollution it causes, besides being time consuming, so podium construction is being suggested, it is beneficial for builders from many angles in terms of cost, less disturbance, pollution etc. We are requesting KTR to allocate land for IT industry and locate few major IT companies in the East to attract others to this part of the city. East has several advantages, there are star hotels here, airport is close by and easily accessible, has good infrastructure, several flyover and underpasses are here and more under construction too, therefore traffic congestion is unknown here. Hyderabad has the best infrastructure, in fact the best in the country, which is giving the needed impetus for growth of the city. If IT industry picks up in Eastern city, there will be no stopping for the region. Builders have their set of challenges too, we should ensure a win win situation for all including customers, builders, suppliers etc. In fact over 20 lakh people in Hyderabad are dependent on the construction industry and all of them are benefitting from it. Request the builders to avail the opportunities in Hyderabad and grow the construction industry manifold while ensuring good product for the customers.
