Helsinki, Jan 28 — W Social has opened its public waiting list as CEO AnnaZeiter appears on stage today at Tietosuoja-päivät (Data Privacy Protection Conference) in Helsinki, one of Europe’s leading forums for data protection, privacy law, and digital governance hosted by Anu Talus, Chair of the European Data Protection Board and Finish Information Commissioner.

The announcement follows W Social’s presentation in Davos during the World Economic Forum week and reflects growing internationalattention toward the European-governed social platform.

The response after Davos went far beyond expectations. In the days following the presentation, W Social was contacted by a surge ofjournalists, leading politicians, public opinion leaders, technologists, investors, and civil society actors from across multiple regions across the world, all seeking further information, dialogue, or participation. The scale and intensity of this inbound interest made clear that the debate around digital trust, human verification, and European data sovereignty has reached aturning point.

In response, W Social has decided to open a public waiting list at wsocial.eu and begin onboarding a broader community in a phased and deliberate manner. Onboarding will start gradually in March, beginning with early beta access for a limited group of users.

This early phase is designed to allow the platform tobe refined and developed further in close collaboration with its users. Accesswill be expanded step by step as features, governance mechanisms, and verification systems are tested and strengthened. W Social is intentionally prioritizing quality, trust, and stability over rapid scale, with the goal of building the platform together with its community.
