CDK Named One of India’s Top 100 IT & ITES Companies for 2025 by Great Place to Work

The evaluation is based on two key lenses, which determine an organization’s placement on India’s Best Workplaces in IT & IT-BPM List 2025:
- The Great Place To Work Trust Index™ Survey – Measures the quality of the employee experience through anonymous feedback from employees. This survey accounts for 75% of the overall score for inclusion on the Best Workplaces lists.
- Culture Audit™ – Assesses leadership strength, supported by meaningful values and philosophy. It also reviews the quality of practices and programs that shape the employee experience, build consistent levels of trust, and enable employees to reach their full potential. This component accounts for 25% of the overall score.

- 92% of participating employees feel they can take time off from work when needed.
