HYDERABAD, India, 15th November, 2025: Stuffed Food LLP, a dynamic new player in India’s food and beverage sector, has officially launched its trio of innovative brands ST-UFF, Yolk Theory, and South Coffee Bar under one roof in Kondapur. Designed to make Indian food cool, creative, and convenient, this first-of-its-kind multi-brand destination brings modern innovation to everyday Indian favourites.

The venture is led by the synergy of Ankit Patel, the award-winning restaurateur behind celebrated brands like The Marich, and Sandeep Kintali, a seasoned operator with extensive expertise in hospitality and scalable restaurant formats. Together, they merge visionary creativity with operational excellence to offer a soulful, future-forward dining experience.

A Trio of Bold New Concepts
ST-UFF:
Reimagining the humble idli, ST-UFF transforms it into a protein-rich, stuffed delicacy. Signature dishes include Chicken Keema Idli and Beetroot & Carrot Idli, offering a modern spin on South India’s favourite breakfast staple.
Yolk Theory:
A celebration of the egg as a gourmet ingredient, Yolk Theory’s menu features flavour-packed, street-style creations such as Egg Southern Sixty-Five and Nargisi Egg Kheema, turning simple eggs into inventive, satisfying meals.
South Coffee Bar:
Paying homage to South India’s iconic filter coffee culture, this coffee bar serves aromatic brews sourced directly from Chikmagalur. Popular offerings like Bellam Bliss and Madras Degree Filter Coffee deliver authentic, regional flavours in every cup.
Helmed by Chef Amar and his culinary team, the brands follow a unified philosophy of “Modern South Indian Fusion”, merging traditional techniques with global inspiration. The focus is on high-quality, traceable ingredients—idli batter sourced from a leading Hyderabad kitchen, and farm-fresh, locally produced eggs and vegetables.
The thoughtfully designed 64-seater space in Kondapur features warm tones, wooden textures, and an inviting ambience aligned with the brand’s ethos: “Modern. Soulful. Inventive.” A dedicated coffee bar offers guests a view of the authentic decoction brewing process, adding to the experience.

Positioned in the affordable casual dining segment (₹300–₹400 for two), the destination offers dine-in, takeaway, and delivery. Stuffed Food LLP has ambitious expansion plans, with a vision to open 50 outlets across South India and major metros within two years.
