ARTPORT by IRHPL Partners with The Good Doll for Handcrafted Fabric Doll Collection Launch

India, 18th July 2025: ARTPORT, the conscious retail initiative by India Retails and Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. (IRHPL), has announced a meaningful new collaboration with The Good Doll, a Shark Tank India-featured social enterprise. Together, they unveil an exclusive collection of upcycled, handcrafted fabric dolls—now available across ARTPORT stores in India’s busiest airports.

This unique initiative reimagines airport retail as a force for good, rooted in sustainability, community empowerment, and cultural storytelling. Each doll is meticulously hand-stitched from pre-consumer textile waste by over 95 women artisans from the Nilgiris—many of whom are first-generation income earners. The result is a vibrant, body-positive collection that champions circular design and celebrates India’s rich handicraft traditions.

ARTPORT is redefining the airport shopping experience. We’re not just offering products—we’re offering purpose,” said Naresh Sharma, CEO,IRHPL Group of Companies and Artport is one of the brands from IRHPL. “Through our partnership with The Good Doll, we are proud to amplify the voices and skills of women artisans, while showing that conscious commerce can thrive even in high-footfall infrastructure spaces.”

The collaboration is part of IRHPL’s larger Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) vision to build equitable platforms that uplift marginalized communities, promote eco-conscious living, and create sustainable livelihoods. With every doll purchased, travelers contribute to a cycle of empowerment—where small-scale artisanship finds a stage at large-scale transit hubs.

Each Good Doll is designed with heart and intention—symbolizing the strength and spirit of the women who bring them to life. No two dolls are alike, yet each shares a common thread: ethical sourcing, zero-waste processes, and a story worth carrying.

“Our dolls are more than fabric—they represent resilience, dignity, and economic independence,” said Suhas Ramegowda, Co-Founder, The Good Doll“Thanks to ARTPORT by IRHPL, these stories now have a national platform, connecting travellers to the heart of rural India.”
