Bengaluru, August 5th, 2022: To meet the constantly rising demand for its online courses aimed at equipping the disadvantaged with the know-how for financial freedom, ffreedom app today announced that it has made fresh recruitments in key positions and added a significant 20,000 sq ft of office space, bringing the total area at the company headquarters in Bengaluru South to a massive 60,000 sq ft.

The new office space was inaugurated by Mr. Araga Jnanendra, Hon’ble Minister of Home, Government of Karnataka in the presence of Mr. C S Sudheer, Founder & CEO, ffreedom app, Mr. Ravindra Krishnappa, Director, ffreedom app, and Mr. Achuth Gowda, Founder & Managing Director, Fidelitus Group.

The extension of the office space followed the company’s move to double the workforce by hiring over 300 people across sales & marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management functions in the quarter ending July.

Since its establishment in 2008, ffreedom app (formerly IndianMoney) has grown from providing financial education to becoming India’s largest livelihood education platform, providing access to knowledge and opportunities to help empower farmers, homemakers, and small businesses owners to improve their livelihood.

The company has understood the gap in the utilization of business opportunities that exist in different sectors of the economy. With the help of more than 1500 super successful people in their respective fields, ffreedom app has created more than 850 courses on farming, small businesses & personal finance, to provide livelihood education courses that can be easily understood and relatable to the common man.

Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Araga Jnanendra, Hon’ble Minister of Home, Government of Karnataka said, “It is a matter of great pride to know that the objective of ffreedom app is to focus on financial services aimed at equipping a greater number of low-income households with knowledge critical to gaining financial freedom. Various courses on farming, personal finance, and business courses from ffreedom app would provide value-added livelihood and entrepreneurship education to many people across the country.”

Echoing his views, Mr C S Sudheer, Founder, and CEO, ffreedom app said, “The country is celebrating its 75th Independence Day today, however only 75% of our fellow Indians are financially free. We believe that freedom can be truly experienced once you have financial freedom. We continue to strive towards providing this to our fellow Indians by providing them access to the livelihood education market. With the new office expansion, we would further aim at greater financial inclusion of our users, increasing their financial access and economic independence by supporting them in their livelihood activities.”

The entire ffreedom app team is determined to achieve this cause to build a better Bharat through livelihood movement.
