From 28th February to 16th March, guests can savour an exclusive menu curated by the acclaimed Chef Vakil Ahmad Qureshi, who is specially coming for this grand feast to showcase his mastery of authentic Mughlai flavours.

The Mughal Darbar Food Feast promises an unparalleled dining experience featuring succulent kebabs, fragrant biryanis, rich gravies, and decadent desserts. The menu will highlight time-honored dishes such as Galouti Kebab, Murgh Chaap, Nalli Nihari, Dum Pukht Biryani, and Shahi Tukda, all prepared with traditional cooking techniques and royal spices to bring out the true essence of Mughlai cuisine.
