Citykart contributes to the Eid festivities; distributes Iftari food to devotees in 23 cities
April 22, 2023: Citykart, one of India’s largest value retailers focusing on family fashion in tier-II and tier-III cities, is celebrating the holy month of Ramzan by distributing food for Iftari in masjids near their stores in 23 cities. This is part of its social work endeavour and aims to bring happiness to the lives of thousands of devotees.
Sudhanshu Agarwal, Founder, and Chief Executive Officer, of Citykart said, “At Citykart, we believe that happiness multiplies as families sit down together to enjoy a wholesome meal. Therefore, we felt that distributing food for Iftaari was the best way to join in on the celebrations. It has been a very fulfilling experience for us, and we hope that we were able to bring smiles to faces through our efforts.”
The cities that will benefit from this distribution are Nawada, Jharsuguda, Lucknow, Nakhas, Munshipulia, Mahoba, Sulem Sarai, Padrauna, Siwan, Bettiah Muzzafarpur, Forbesganj, Katihar, Goalpara, Barpeta, Dibrugarh, Azamgarh, Mirzapur, Shahjahnpur, Shahjahnpur, Gonda, Sultanpur, and Nautanwa. The boxes consist of fruit juice and snacks.
