Business Outlook
Commenting on the performance, Chairman & MD, Mr. Sajjan Bhajanka said
“The Q2 results for FY26 reflect strong momentum in our business. With revenue growth of 17.1 % year-on-year, we have achieved a new record top‐line. Despite cost pressures from raw materials and input inflation, our margin profile has improved thanks to cost optimisation and higher volumes.
Looking ahead, we expect the growth momentum to continue across all major business segments. The medium-term outlook for the building materials and interior solutions industry remains positive, supported by rising urbanization, higher disposable incomes, and increased consumer preference for branded and premium products”
Segment Highlights & Strategic Initiatives:
The company achieved ever highest revenue in Plywood, LAM and MDF Segments. The plywood business saw better margins driven by higher volumes. LAM showed clear signs of recovery with revenue up 16.6% YoY. MDF delivered a ~28% y-o-y growth in revenue on account of higher capacity utilization.
CenturyPly has launched this year’s ‘Century Heroes’ campaign, reinforcing its commitment to building an inclusive environment for persons with disabilities.
The company expects that the ramp-up of new capacity, gradual normalisation of input cost inflation, and continued strength in demand for premium products, will underpin further margin expansion and volume growth.
