As the need to find an escapade increases across our urban centres, Tents N’ Trails, a start-up founded by 3 childhood friends, brings to you a one-stop solution: a premium campsite with its first campground in Khopoli between Mumbai and Pune, at the foothills of the beautiful Western Ghats. Situated by a lake and surrounded by hills on all sides, the campground provides a green, clean, serene, and hygienic escape.

Offering varied experiences close to nature, the campsite is growing fast with domestic tourists from Mumbai and Pune coming in to enjoy their weekdays and weekends grooving to the sound of muzak, swimming in the open lake, and forgetting the troubles of daily life. The place also provides access to a swimming pool, an assortment of games, kayaking, and a mini library attached to a café.

This summer, Tents N’ Trails is looking to organize a sports fiesta. “We need breaks from our day–to–day stresses and we at Tents N’ Trails want to address exactly that. This summer, we are organizing a different camping vibe – with sports being the centre of the upcoming season, we will host live match screenings along with social games, fusion food, stargazing nights, stand-up shows, and a lot more to get Mumbai and Pune excited”, said Prakhar Mishra, co-founder of Tents N’ Trails.

“We can do more in the space of agro and ecotourism. The government is pushing on these fronts and we will be the flag-bearers of this change that India is undergoing today”, he added.

The place also boasts of an organic farm where you can pick your own veggies and ask their in-house chef to surprise you. The place utilizes an in-house filtration system to recycle pool water to maintain greenery, and aims to reach 100% recyclable plastic use by the end of 2023.
